Our developer client bought the site with planning permission for 5 houses. Oliver Bridge Architects identified that by purchasing a small portion of a neighbours garden it would be possible to gain an extra unit. Following a complicated yet successful planning process the redesigned scheme for 6 houses is currently out to tender.
