Project Overview
Our client, a residential developer required a quick feasibility Study and Site Analysis in order to assess the commerical viability of a prospective development site in Stratford London, on the edge of the future Olympic Park.
We quickly produced a report asessing the site and its immediate area, the local property prices and took sounding from the planners in respect of the local authority planning policies, particularly in respect to HR/Hectaire rations. The report informed the clients valuation and consequent bid for the site.
